Refund policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Gyroor provides its products to any customer participating in this offer through the below terms and conditions:
- This offer applies to new customers only and is available on the first purchase of a product. Offer does not transfer to product changes or upgrades post-sale.
- All original packaging, including brown shipping carton must be retained to be eligible for this complete offer (i.e. as the product arrives on your doorstep it must be returned to us for 100% refund).
- The product has to be unopened and unused.
- After returning the product we will inspect the condition to ensure its brand new and unopened and then we will process the refund which can take up to 10 business days.
- Gyroor will not provide additional packaging for lost or damaged original packaging, if original packaging has been discarded the customer must supply adequate packaging to safely return the product.
- Any product returned in unsuitable condition will needs to be returned by the customer, the product is returned and no refund will be given.
- Gyroor cannot accept any missing parts returned separately if they have been forgotten, regardless of whether or not the customer offers to pay the postage for the missing part returns are only processed once received and cannot be revisited.
- Collection by courier is unable to be arranged from customer’s location; if customers require this service it will be entirely at their own cost using their own provider.
Return & Change of Mind Policy
To return your appliance simply contact us here
Once an order has been posted, we cannot cancel or change any items. We accept Change of Mind if the customer contacts us within 3 days of the project being posted. The customer must return the product at their expense and must provide return tracking details within 5 days of contacting us. Please note that the product should be in Brand New condition in its original unopened packaging. If the product has been opened or used it won’t be applicable for our policy.
